Arts & Crafts, Resale and Retail Vendors
Standard vendor booths are indoor 12x12 spaces. Bring your own tables, trailer, chairs, etc. Our venue is indoor so a tent is not required but is allowable for space set up. Electricity is available at a rate of $5 per booth.
We have designated areas for handcrafted materials, resale items and retail item sales. If your booth contains both handcrafted and resale or retail items your booth will be located in the resale/retail area.

How To Demo Opportunity
Vendors are invited to perform a How To Demo on the stage during the event. There is no charge to apply or to perform a How To Demo and you may offer supplies used in your demo for sale at the end of your demo. This can be a very good sales tool and we encourage you to be creative with your proposal. teh demo should be easy to complete and not last more than 45 minutes. Applications to perform a How To Demo will be reviewed by BAM staff. If you are selected to perform you will be notified no later than May 5th. Food Vendors
All food vendors must hold a current food safety license in the county/city of their residence. The local health department will make an inspection visit during the event. All food vendors must maintain a current insurance policy. A copy of that policy naming Big Andy's Market as an insured must be on file prior to the opening of the event. All food waste must be removed from the premises. Do not dispose of food waste in site receptacles. No pets in food vendor areas.

Entertainment Area Vendors
Entertainment area vendors include bouncy houses, rock climbing walls, games, etc. All entertainment vendors must provide proof of insurance with Big Andy's Market named as an insured. This must be on file prior to the start of the event. All safety precautions indicated by the maker of your equipment should be in place and is the responsibility of each vendor. An adult must be present at all times your equipment is in use.

Art Exhibit and Competition
Showcase your talent! $10 entry fee. Your artwork will be displayed from 9am to 5pm. Judging will take palce at noon and awards will be announced at 3pm. First place in each category will be awarded a $50 prize.
